So, I have received the best -- and apparently most requested -- Christmas gift from hubby and ball-of-fire two year-old.
I am now the proud owner of an iPod Nano. A 2 gig wonder that holds all my favorite tunes and photos if I so desire.
It's as thin as a Always mini pad and just as light and feathery. But will it keep me dry and powder-fresh? Ok, tangent.
I'm so excited about this little gizmo that ... I have no idea what songs to put on it. The Killer? U2? Foo Fighters? Coldplay? The Golden Bird, Little Mermaid, Pretty Woman, no, no, no. You see, ogres don't live happily ever after. (Sorry. Having a Shrek annuryism)
I want that new Depeche Mode song, should I buy it and download it? Music? What's music?
I just can't handle the pressure.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I've asked for a nice, simple book and dinner at my favorite Chinese place. Music not included.
